  • Do I need to create a new account in the new mobile app?

    • No, your current account remains active. Simply log in with your existing credentials.

  • Will I lose my existing data?

    • Absolutely not. 

  • What happens if I don’t transition by the completion date?

    • We encourage transitioning TODAY to continue enjoying Flourish without interruption, benefiting from the latest features. We'll be bidding farewell to the current version, which will be discontinued on or before April 1, 2024. 

  • How can I provide feedback on the mobile app?

    • Your feedback is invaluable to us. Please share your thoughts through the “Give Feedback” option on the Profile page within the mobile app.
