The Flourish app helps me to gain a wider perspective and realize that many of the things causing stress aren't as big as they seem. Taking a minute to do activities like listing three good things can help you see the positives in your day. For college students, having a prompt to do these things is the best part because we often need a reminder to focus on gratitude or stress relief.
